Demerara Syrup

Demerara syrup is 2:1 Demerara sugar to water by volume.

Demerara sugar is also known as Turbinado sugar, and is popularly marketed under the "Sugar in the Raw" brand.

You can use the Demerara syrup in any cocktail that has brown liquor. Switch the 3/4 oz of regular simple for between 1/4 and 1/2 oz of the Demerara.
